Just had Ben T out to my house to fix/unclog our washing machine drain line (in the wall, not the floor drain) that backed up and overflowed, and he was awesome! We had another plumber come try for hours two days ago and he couldn’t figure it out or unclog it, and said he thought we would have to rip out all the concrete to get the lines replaced. Ben was super friendly, honest, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and really great all around. It was a really big, tough clog that took a long time to clear, but he took his time to make sure he got it all cleaned out instead of rushing the job. I am extremely happy with the service and very happy with Ben’s work and will definitely be calling and requesting him for any future plumbing needs.

Consistently excellent, thorough, quality and friendly service from Mr Rooter! My technician Jeffrey today went above and beyond - staying from start to finish hours beyond what he was booked for originally to ensure all plumbing needs were completed professionally. Made recommendations (like replacing my aging hot water tank) which in all likelihood saved me from upcoming plumbing emergencies which would have been a nightmare in my townhouse. Took the time and care to explain the issues and solutions in layman’s terms, provided accurate pricing and timelines being careful with expectations and gave helpful tips afterwards. Noticed my humidifier wasn’t working and replaced corroding part. Detailed invoice documented work and parts accurately with photos and even some video. Have been using this company for years. Fully trust, respect and would highly recommend.

I called Mr. Rooter for a second opinion on a boiler / hot water tank failure. Jeff did a good assessment and showed me what he found to my complete satisfaction.
He offered a variety of solutions, and we had him proceed with the repair, which was completed before the day was over. It turned out that his repair was quite a bit cheaper and faster than that offered by another supplier with whom I have a loyalty program. I am done with the other supplier. Mr. Rooter will be my new 'go-to' plumber!
